Troubleshooting Outlook


Step-By-Step guide to refresh your inbox


Step 1: Go to the Windows icon located on the bottom left of your screen, then right click on the Windows icon

Step 2: Select control panel 


Step 3: Select the Mail icon



Step 4: Select Show profiles










Step 5: The profile highlighted in blue will be the one you will remove, Next select the Remove button 



Step 6: Rename your profile, then select ok,



Step 7: A box will appear with your email address already prefill, Select Next 

 




Step 8: Select Finish

Step 11: Make sure you select Apply first, then select ok.

Step 12: Select the sign-out button within the Upic environment 

Finally, log back into the Upic environment and launch your outlook

***Depending on the amount of emails you have, it could take a second to load your inbox.***
